In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise. Understanding these terms will help you navigate your rights and obligations as a qk22 player.
Eligibility & Account Registration
To register and maintain an active account on qk22, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. qk22 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any point during your relationship with the platform.
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies regardless of the legal gambling age in any jurisdiction that may differ. Players who are found to have misrepresented their age will have their accounts permanently closed and all funds forfeited.
- Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence. Persons who are legally incapacitated or acting under court-supervised guardianship are not eligible to register.
- One account only: You may hold exactly one registered account on qk22. Registering a second account — whether using a different email address, name, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
- Accurate information: All registration details you provide — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact information — must be truthful and accurate. qk22 is not liable for account access issues or failed withdrawals arising from inaccurate registration data.
- Personal use only: Your qk22 account is strictly for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not register on behalf of another person, operate an account as an agent, or use your account to facilitate gambling services for third parties.
- Not a restricted person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of qk22 or any of its affiliated game providers. Such persons are not eligible to hold a real-money player account or participate in promotional offers.
Registration is completed by providing a valid email address, creating a secure password, and confirming acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. By clicking the registration confirmation, you represent and warrant that every eligibility criterion above has been met. qk22 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.
Account Security & Responsibilities
Your account credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — are strictly personal and must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances. qk22 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team at [email protected] immediately.
You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs within your account, whether or not you authorised it, unless you can demonstrate that qk22's own negligence directly caused the unauthorised access. This includes all bets placed, all withdrawals initiated, and all changes made to account settings.
- Password security: You are required to choose a strong, unique password for your qk22 account and to update it immediately if you believe it may have been compromised. qk22 recommends a minimum of 12 characters combining upper-case letters, lower-case letters, numerals, and symbols.
- Device security: Always log out of your qk22 account when using a shared or public device. qk22 accepts no liability for account breaches arising from a player's failure to secure their own device or network connection.
- Suspicious activity: If you notice any transactions, bets, or account changes that you did not authorise, you must notify qk22 support immediately. Delay in reporting suspicious activity may limit qk22's ability to investigate and recover any affected funds.
- Account transfers: You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your qk22 account or any funds held within it to another person. Accounts are strictly non-transferable.
- Single-session rule: qk22 accounts are designed for single-session use. If simultaneous logins from different devices or IP addresses are detected, qk22 reserves the right to terminate the newer session and flag the account for security review.
qk22 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform pages to protect data transmitted between your browser and our servers. We conduct regular security audits and follow industry best practices for player data protection. However, no digital platform can guarantee absolute security; you play a critical role in protecting your own account by following the guidance above.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on qk22 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). qk22 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals made via Bangladeshi payment channels, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently of qk22.

- Withdrawal eligibility: Only players who have completed KYC verification are eligible to withdraw funds. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit wherever technically possible.
- Own funds only: You may only deposit funds that you personally own and are legally entitled to use. qk22 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, corporate accounts, or funds derived from illegal activities.
- Withdrawal processing: All withdrawal requests are reviewed by qk22's payments team before processing. During peak periods — including BPL season and major T20 tournaments — processing times may extend slightly beyond the standard windows listed above. qk22 will notify affected players via their registered email.
- Incomplete KYC: If KYC documentation has not been submitted or has been rejected, withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until verification is completed. qk22 is not liable for delays arising from a player's failure to provide accurate KYC documentation promptly.
- Dormant accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. A monthly inactivity fee of ৳100 may be deducted from dormant account balances until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account. Players will be notified by email 30 days before dormancy fees are applied.
Bonuses & Promotions
qk22 offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing players — including the 200% welcome bonus on first deposits, weekly reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and BPL-season betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to the general terms below, as well as any specific conditions published alongside each individual offer.
- Welcome bonus: New players are eligible for a 200% bonus on their first qualifying deposit, up to a maximum bonus value as stated on the promotions page at the time of claiming. To receive the welcome bonus, a player must opt in during or immediately after registration. The welcome bonus is a one-time offer per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
- Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
- Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. As a general guide: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute between 10% and 25%, and sports betting contributes at a rate specified per promotion. - Maximum bet rule: While a bonus is active in your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per market is ৳500, unless a higher limit is explicitly stated in the bonus terms. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.
- Bonus validity period: Each bonus has an expiry date by which the wagering requirement must be completed. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are automatically removed from the player's account without notice beyond the expiry date stated at the time of claiming.
- Abuse and exploitation: qk22 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and withhold associated winnings if it determines — at its reasonable discretion — that a player has attempted to exploit promotional offers through abuse, collusion, pattern betting, or any other form of bonus fraud. This includes using multiple accounts to claim the same offer or making deposits and withdrawals without engaging in genuine gameplay.
- Free spins: Free spin offers are valid only on the specified game titles listed in the promotion. Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the same wagering requirements as standard bonuses unless otherwise stated.
qk22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already accepted by players. In the event of a conflict between the general bonus terms above and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Betting & Gaming Rules
The following general rules apply to all real-money gameplay on the qk22 platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and card games. Category-specific rules are also published within each game lobby section.
- Finality of results: The result of any game, hand, spin, crash round, or sporting event as recorded by qk22's system is final. In the case of a technical dispute, qk22's game logs — which are maintained with millisecond-level precision — shall be the authoritative record. Results recorded by third-party game providers are binding.
- Technical failures: In the event of a platform outage, disconnection, or game malfunction, qk22's liability is limited to returning the stake placed on the interrupted game round. qk22 is not liable for anticipated winnings from a game round that failed to complete due to a technical issue beyond qk22's control.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and market. These limits are displayed within each game interface before a wager is confirmed. qk22 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time, including during live in-play betting markets, without notice.
- Sports betting settlements: Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with qk22's official settlement rules, which are available within the sports betting section. In the case of event postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, qk22 follows the industry-standard settlement protocol appropriate to the sport and competition in question.
- Cricket betting — BPL and international fixtures: For Bangladesh Premier League, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches, qk22 publishes dedicated settlement rules covering Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method adjustments, abandoned match rules, and super-over scenarios. - Void bets: A bet may be declared void at qk22's discretion where there is clear evidence of a pricing error, data feed failure, or event irregularity. Voided bets are returned to the player's real money balance in full within 24 hours BST of the void decision.

Prohibited Conduct & Fraud
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the qk22 platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies.
- Fraudulent registration: Providing false identity information, fabricating documents for KYC purposes, or registering using another person's identity.
- Multiple accounts: Operating more than one qk22 account, whether under the same or different identity, for any reason including but not limited to claiming multiple welcome bonuses.
- Payment fraud: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods to fund a qk22 account. Any deposit flagged as originating from a disputed or fraudulent payment source will result in the associated account being immediately frozen.
- Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through low-risk hedging strategies, pattern betting designed to reduce variance to near-zero, or coordinating with other players to abuse referral or reload promotions.
- Collusion: Collaborating with other players in live casino, poker, or any competitive game format to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or over the house.
- Software exploitation: Using bots, scripts, automated clicking tools, or any third-party software designed to interact with the qk22 platform in a manner not available to standard users.
- Money laundering: Using qk22 accounts as a mechanism for placing, layering, or integrating funds derived from illegal activities. qk22 cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations related to financial crime.
- Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal with a bank or payment provider after funds have been credited to a qk22 account and used for gameplay. Chargebacks initiated without first raising the matter with qk22 support will result in permanent account closure.
Account Suspension & Closure
Either you or qk22 may initiate account closure at any time, subject to the conditions below.
- Player-initiated closure: You may request the closure of your qk22 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any real money balance (net of active bonuses that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method following standard withdrawal processing times.
- Self-exclusion: If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, please request a self-exclusion rather than a standard closure. - qk22-initiated suspension: qk22 may suspend or restrict your account at any time without prior notice where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of these Terms & Conditions, ongoing KYC review, or AML investigation. During suspension, account funds are held securely and are not forfeited unless the investigation concludes that a material breach occurred.
- qk22-initiated closure: Following a completed investigation, qk22 may permanently close an account and forfeit all associated balances where the player is found to have committed fraud, operated multiple accounts, abused bonuses, or engaged in any other conduct that constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- Dormancy: As described in the Deposits & Withdrawals section, accounts inactive for 12 or more consecutive months are classified as dormant and subject to inactivity fees.
- Appeals: Players who believe their account has been suspended or closed in error may submit a written appeal to [email protected]. qk22 commits to acknowledging all appeals within 5 business days BST and providing a final decision within 20 business days.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qk22's total cumulative liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- No consequential losses: qk22 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, loss of reputation, or loss of opportunity, even if qk22 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
- Third-party game providers: qk22 acts as an aggregator and distributor of games provided by third-party studios. qk22 does not control the underlying game software and is not liable for losses arising from errors, malfunctions, or interruptions within third-party game code beyond the return of the affected stake.
- Force majeure: qk22 is not liable for failure or delay in performing any obligation under these Terms & Conditions where such failure arises from causes beyond qk22's reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, government action, or civil unrest.
- Player decisions: All gambling and betting decisions made on the qk22 platform are made voluntarily by the player. qk22 accepts no responsibility for financial losses arising from a player's own gaming choices, risk appetite, or misunderstanding of game mechanics.
- Accuracy of information: While qk22 makes every effort to ensure that all odds, game odds, and promotional information displayed on the platform are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. In the event of a manifest error — defined as a price or value so obviously incorrect that no reasonable person would have relied upon it — qk22 reserves the right to void affected bets or bonus claims.
Nothing in this section limits qk22's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury, or death caused by qk22's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
Amendments to These Terms
qk22 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made to reflect updates in applicable law, changes to platform features or payment methods, new responsible gaming requirements, or operational improvements.
- Notice of changes: Where a material change is made to these Terms & Conditions, qk22 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by publishing the updated version on this page and, where practicable, by sending a notification to registered players via their registered email address.
- Effective date: The effective date at the top of this page will be updated each time a revision is made. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically to remain informed of the current terms.
- Continued use as acceptance: Your continued use of the qk22 platform after the effective date of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any revision, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in the Account Suspension & Closure section above.
- Conflict with previous versions: In the event of any conflict between the current version of these Terms & Conditions and any previous version, the current version shall prevail.
